Graduate of the University of Wrocław (2009), the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg - Certificate in International and European Law (2007) and the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, where she obtained an LL.M. degree with specialisation in competition law, under the supervision of Prof. José Luis da Cruz Vilaça - distinguished in the development of the EU, currently a Judge of the Court of Justice of the European Union. She has practiced in Poland and abroad, including internships at the European Parliament in Strasbourg and at the Portuguese law firm PLMJ, Sociedade de Advogados, RL. She is fluent in English, French and Portuguese at an advanced level. He has particular expertise in advising companies in the financial sector and in consumer bankruptcy, among others. In addition, she handles civil cases - commercial, family and criminal. Adw. Katarzyna Bugaj-Kotterba, as of 2018, is registered on the list of permanent mediators kept by the President of the District Court in Wrocław and the President of the District Court in Jelenia Góra.
